• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

• All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• If physical Gift Voucher gets damaged, it can be replaced as long it is returned to the issuer. Administration fee of £5 will apply.

• On request, name on the Gift Voucher can be changed. Original Voucher must be returned to the issuer as well as new details provided. £5 administration fee will apply.
